      Hi everyone

One day i was chiiling on a massage table with my face down during a relaxing massage on my back.
It was so comfortable & relaxing pose i’ve almost fell asleep on there.
The main difference is that my head was looking straight forward and i felt very comfortable with my neck.

I’m considering to bring home such a massage table;)

      Therefore,
I have a question to professional doctors, orthopedics therapists & physiology specialists.

Is it good & healthy for the body such a pose for a long time sleep?

All opinions or experience stories are welcomed ?

      Thanks

You should sleep in whichever position you feel comfortable in. It’s normal to move position during the night anyway, so the position you start out in really doesn’t matter.

Sleep position isn’t a perpetuating factor behind insomnia so it’s something you really don’t need to spend much time thinking or worrying about.

        I hope this helps!
