Welcome to the forum! It’s great to see that you’ve taken advantage of some of Martin’s resources regarding CBT-I. Have you began implemented any of the techniques yet?
What is it about those ruminating thoughts that create such anxiousness? How do you attempt to manage those thoughts when they arrive? Remember, thoughts are simply that – just thoughts! The more we try to push away, avoid or stop our unhelpful thoughts, the more often they come back to visit us. Changing how we manage those thoughts could be beneficial for you.
