      Hi Everyone!
      I’ve had stress related insomnia for 22 years now. I’m on medication permanently. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to sleep without it again, which troubles me greatly. I feel very alone and I feel like I’m abnormal in some way.
      I’ve had a sleep study done, all sorts of meds and been seen by a sleep specialist whose suggested I stay on a medication that works. So that’s a great relief.
      This condition has taken me to a very low place, for over half my life I’ve lived with it. I’ve read all the books I could find …..and still I can’t sleep with out medication. My brain is so used to it, that I’ve lost the ability to produce melatonin. I don’t even yawn anymore.
      I can’t work because of Insomnia.
      There is so much more I want to say on this but don’t want to rant.
