      I am struggling with severe sleep anxiety that my anxiety medication does not seem to be helping. Every night I dread the dark and I get anxious as soon as it gets close to bed. I’m just looking for people to talk to who are going through the same, because I feel lonely and scared. How do you cope? Does it ever get better? What helped you? Thank you
