      Hi all.
My kids who are now young teenagers and starting to go out on weekends and after school but get tired and worn out by monday as they need to sleep at least 7hrs a day to feel good the next day but they asked me how do I live on 1 to 3hrs a day and never wake up late or in a bad mood.

I am a 56yr old who has lived his life on 1 to 3hrs sleep per day with weekly spurts of 2 to 4 days straight with my longest being 14 days straight à few times in my 20’s but even now staying awake for 3 days is nothing less than normal for me.

Now my not sleeping wasn’t due to having problems sleeping but instead work related as I used to work 20 plus hours a day 24/7 for 20yrs always on the run and many days without any breaks, (those days are gone, lol).

I have been suck a single day in my life including catching colds even when the rest of the family were sick as dogs with the flue and flat on their backs I never caught anything looking after them.

I am fit, strong and completely healthy. I eat 1 big meal at night only which consists of about 1kg of meat plus that or a bit more of vegetables per day but never eat tinned or processed foods or precooked meals, I might have the odd lunchtime meal if I feel hungry but that is a very odd occasion maybe once a fortnight or so, cup of coffee in the mornings and about 2 to 5 litres of water per day depend on the weather.
I have no diet as eat anything and everything put in front of me from a bird to the lowest dewling sea creature on this planet. I also NEVER EVER buy food that has statements like Low Cholesterol / Calories/ fat etc, diet foods, low or no salt etc etc (you get message) as I have always been in the belief that the natural order of natural foods is much healthier for you than food that has been tampered with by others thus removing everything your body needs to stay healthy. (but that’s me)

My teenagers and misses used to catch colds in the first 10yrs together but none of them have caught anything in about 6 years now and my wife has in the last 5 years or so taught herself to sleep only 4 to 5hrs per day and says she has never felt healthier or happier in her life.
Yes we are a active family.

Over the years as I slowed down my work habits it didn’t change my sleeping habits to this day thus being the only one up at night I used that time to learn It work and building websites on the internet which was a quite and sereal hours for me with the peace and quite, I was looking g forward to them daily,, lol.

I thought I’d share this to show that not being able to sleeping isn’t always a disorder of any kind and can be put to good use which can be life changing if you mind to it.

      Cheers
