      Dear Forum,

I am a new joiner to this forum, since I am suffering from insomnia for the last few month.

This week I have started with sleep restriction, hoping that it will help me to get out of my vicious circle of sleepless nights.

Now I have just learned that there will be the switch to summer time in Europe next weekend (maybe also in other parts of the world?) and I am wondering how to adapt my program to it?

At the moment my sleep window is from 0:00 to 6:00. As I do not want to disturb my inner clock to much, my current idea is to shift this window from 23:00 to 5:00 when clocks are changed, and then to slowly (maybe 15 min every other day) move it back to its old schedule.

What do you think about this idea? Your help is welcome! 🙂

Hey Daniel – welcome to the forum! I was just about to respond to your post and realized you were able to find a helpful video from Martin. As Martin says, really there isn’t anything for you to adjust, just remember to continue getting out of bed at the same time each day.
