      I found Insomnia Coach while googling insomnia help. Each summer I have horrible insomnia since I change my schedule from the school year teaching hours to a loose schedule. I just don’t feel as tired and then I get in a cycle of poor sleep and turn to medications, gummies or any OTC to help. I have gotten to the point of taking something each night to sleep. (Even if I am not in an insomnia cycle). I have this fear that I will get back into a bad cycle and I won’t be able to get out of it.
      I have been watching the videos and I have to say it has helped me feel not so alone.
      I look forward to getting out of the insomnia cycle and sleeping well.

        You are definitely not alone!

          Hi Martin,
          Thank you so much for your response. I feel that the variety of
          Methods I have used to fall asleep do not always consistently work. I do agree that in me trying to take something each night, I am trying to control my sleep. I need to get away from this for sure! I have applied some of your principles from the videos and it has been helping me a lot! I really appreciate what you do! You have a true gift and are a blessing to so many people.
          I will keep you updated on how it is going as the school year goes along.
