As I read these emails, I’m somewhat relived to see that others have the same feelings and inclinations as I do. My insomnia date back to childhood, and has come and gone ever since. Recently it’s resulted in 30-40-hour bouts of awake time with only the occasional catnap. Pretty frustrating.

      Thanks for this forum.

To bed between 9-11. Sometimes take pharmaceuticals to aid sleep. In no case will I stay under for more than a handful of hours–5 if medicated (which isn’t bad), 1-2 if not. Then once I’m up, I’m up.

          Thx

Good to hear from you again, Rod! How do you determine when you go to bed at night? Do you get out of bed at the same time every single morning? What do you do when you are in bed and unable to fall asleep?
