Curious – anyone had an issue with thinking about sleep like this:

Exhausted and get into bed and then start monitoring your sleep process … sometimes I can calm my mind and crash …

Other times I start to spiral and then take hours to calm myself to fall asleep

Any tips that worked for you with this?

That’s quite common so you’re not alone there!

Before sleep was an issue, did you put as much effort into trying to calm your mind?

Based on your experience, how is trying to calm your mind working for you?

This seems to be what i do! Its like im hyper aware of my body going through the motion of falling asleep and sometimes it startles me out of the transition into sleep. Sometimes calming my mind works other times it takes a bit of time. I was ok for about 1.5yrs and then stress and anxiety happened, and here we are again.
