      What baffles me is that when sleep is disrupted, it can go on for 3 or more days. Sometimes without any sleep. If combined with travel and early rises because of stupid plane tickets, it’s hell.

        That does sound difficult, Juste — and it sounds as though those difficult nights are at least happening in service of you living the kind of life you want to live.
