      Just looking to hear how others are dealing with low number of hours slept each night.

        1. Try to keep my cool and calm, especially when interacting with others.
        2. Low voice, low volume, short/slow sentences.
        3. Pray, pray, pray.
        4. Remind myself there MUST be a way out of insomnia and back to normalcy.
