      I tour with a well known band all over the world. The tour will last for 3 weeks. Then I’ll go home for 2 weeks for a break before leaving again for a different part of the world for another 3 weeks.

      The cycle has continued like this for the last 2 years and will continue for the next few years.

      I have been taking 5mg of melatonin each night to deal with this constant state of jet lag.

      Now I feel like the pills stopped working, and I have been dealing with insomnia for the last 2 months.

      I’m at a loss on how to deal with my insomnia. It seems other people on the crew deal with jet lag much better than I do and don’t need melatonin to get acquainted with the new time zones.

      I feel so alone.
