      I’m 42 years old and have been on Sertraline for OCD for the last 5 years.
      I used to exercise in a modest manner, such as lifting weights and doing some cardio. My sleep schedule has been interrupted since I got COVID19, and I’ve been having problems sleeping for about 18 months. I’ve tried Melatonin, Alprazolam (Xanax), and Zolpidem (which makes me irritable and drowsy), but only Xanax is somewhat effective. The primary issue is that when I can’t sleep, I start binge eating, mainly carbohydrates and sweets, which leaves me feeling terrible and makes me overweight. I tried running on the treadmill, but I couldn’t keep going and gave up after about 2-3 days. If you’ve experienced a similar issue, I’d appreciate it if you could share your experience and solution with me.
