Trying to get off Unisom, while pregnant

      I’m 7 months pregnant and trying to get off Unisom.  For the past 3 nights I’ve been trying the reduced sleeping method with no Unisom and I’m really struggling.  I am wondering if it’s worth it/safe to try this while pregnant, but I really want to improve sleep quality with no meds before the baby comes.  Last night I did fall asleep ok, but was in and out of sleep and couldn’t sleep past 4am.  I do think the reduced sleeping has helped with falling asleep with no meds, but I don’t think I’m seeing improvement in quality yet, and I seem to not be able to sleep past 4 am.  Any advice?  Thanks!
