      Once, I’m asleep I get 7 hours regularly. The issue for me is the falling asleep part. Often, I have to take the smallest dose possible of prescription sleeping medication to nod off. I’m trying to get away from that by using certain apps like Insight Timer and listening to Audice Wellness Services on Spotify. Last night I listened to an amnesia-producing hypnotherapy session and was out in 18 minutes. I really worked!
