I’ve been waking too early for about three years. Tried many herbal remedies. Now on trazodone, and melatonin time release. About a week ago I started sleeping the full night!, which was great. But what was different?? Now, for the last two days, back to waking at 5am or 4am. Why? Here are notes I took after waking too early …
Food/diet? Sense of safety? Reassuring self talk? Mindful meditation before bead? Acidic stomach? Exercise before bed? Trauma CPTSD? Deep breathing before bed?
