I wake every 45 minutes during the night. Anyone has any tips on medicine or whatever? All those behavior changes such as no lights, read before bed, only go to bed for sleeping, etc don’t work with me, and I’ve tried them all. Does anti anxiety medicine help? Sleeping pills don’t help, either. I’ve tried several without success.

Martin Reed, thanks. Takes a while to fall back asleep, but not as long as the first time I’m trying to sleep. Like, say I try sleeping at 11pm, fall asleep two hours later, at around 1am. Wake at 1:45 am, and then it only takes half an hour instead of two hours to fall back asleep.
