What should I do. I wake up each night after three or four hours of sleep, and sometimes never get back to sleep.

Thanks I’m trying stimulus control where I am only in the bed if I am sleeping or trying to sleep, will only stay about 10 minutes then get up and do something quiet. I’ve tried this about two weeks and it seems to be working. I’m reading lesson less and getting more sleep and trying to keep the same Bedtime and wake up time, roughly the same

Having the exact same problem- I’m trying to lower stress during the daytime, not watch the clock at night, and upon becoming wide awake am simply changing bedrooms where I listen to meditation relaxation tapes for an extra hour, which I’m hoping have some type of health benefit.
