      Its been one and a half year i cant sleep properly and from last four days i wake up at every mid night and unable to sleep again ..i have to appear for exam within next 5-6 month and preparing away from home( for some reason i cant go back home) .. acing well in exam is so important for me ..Earlier i used to take stress of failing now i hav left it to the hands of God i try every possible efforts to not to take stress and to some extent i dont…
      i take care of every rituals before going into bed to not to fall into the trap of sleeplessness’ condition and yet here i am writing this msg at 2:50am..looking forward for some suggestions

        Looking forward for any suggestions to deal with how to cut the crap of waking up in the middle of night ..i think sleep has to play a major role in my upcoming exam supposed to held within next 5 months

          That sounds difficult.

          When sleep wasn’t an issue or a concern in the past, how did you approach it? Is your approach today different compared to back then? If so, are there any insights there?

          As for sleep disruption caused by the pressure we might put on ourselves due to upcoming exams (or anything else that’s important), you might find my podcast episode with Wayne helpful: How Wayne improved his sleep by thinking of sleep as a friend that doesn’t need to be controlled (#36).
