      I have a number of issues with my health and am worrying about them. I take medications for depression and anxiety at bed time and generally fall asleep within 15 minutes. But often I wake up in the middle of the night, and can’t go back to sleep, or wake up after 5 hours of restless sleep and wake up tired. I am so look forward to learning the hard-earned experiences of others to better improve my sleep.
