Been on Ambien for 10 years, and would like to wean off from it. Any success stories you can share?

I was on Zopiclone (7.5 mg) every night for 9 years. I got off of it fully by the end of May. I believe its a sister drug to Ambien as it’s a Z drug (hypnotic). How much are you taking?

I divided it into slim 6 pieces and every three days I took one less. I did a bad CBT with someone else and slept well for a month. I took 5 mg.of melatonin for a few weeks before it stopped working. You have to be prepared to deal with little to no sleep. When you wean yourself off is when you should start working with Martin Reed.
