What helps dealing with insomnia?

      I have been having trouble with sleep for 6 years now. In this time the most i’ve slept per night is 5 hours and thats once every few months. It really affects my quality of life, and I feel like i’ve tried everything. I find it really hard to talk about. What are some coping strategies that are useful?

        Welcome to the forum, Len. In almost every case of chronic insomnia, the best treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). Have you looked into CBT-I or tried implementing any CBT-I techniques?
