Good news – we don’t forget how to sleep, just as we don’t forget how to breathe! We just need to determine what is causing your sleep disruptions.
I’d recommend speaking with your physician or GP about reducing your reliance on the sleep medication, if that’s your goal.
How are you able to shut off your mind? When you have those unhelpful thoughts, how do you manage those?
