When to finally get out of bed for the day

      Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone has advice about what to do if you wake up an hour or so before your final wake-up time? Do you get out of bed and stay up for a little while and then still try to get more sleep, or just get up for the day? Or, do you extend your wake-up time and see if you get back to sleep? I’m new to this whole process and am confused about some of the aspects of the protocol.

      Thanks for any advice.
