      Hi everyone,

      This is my first post and I’m writing it at 01:29. I’ve been an insomniac for many years and it has caused many problems for me. I really need to solve it, but, don’t know where to start. My mind wakes up at bed time, just when I need restful sleep to prepare for 12-hour day shifts. Urgh. If I do manage to fall asleep, I wake up again within an hour.

      Anyway, I’m looking forward to chatting with some of you and reading your insights and wisdom. 🙂 Nighty nighty – I hope.
