      Hello,

      I am sure we can all relate to my title, right? Why me?

      I used to sleep so well, I didn’t think about it twice. I have recently came on and off a few antidepressants which make sleeping difficult plus a lot of rough nights which make sleeping a chore and not a luxury, like it should be!
      I have recently came off of a sleeping pill/anxiety medicine which aid in sleep making sleep not as easy to drift off into. I considered myself a strong willed person and I am determined to make sleep not so scary again. I found this forum yesterday actually and listened to every single you tube video, I subscribed on here and followed on Instagram as well. I currently can not afford for the couching so I am hopeful to find the wisdom and insight on here. I have heard of CBT before, but not CBTI and I am so excited for what’s next. After all, it’s all in our heads anyways, right?
