      A year and a half ago there was an extremely stressful event in my life. It triggered anxiety and insomnia. The stressful event is over but the insomnia continues. It has morphed into more anxiety and headaches and fear that I’ll never be able to sleep normally again. I’m scared that this lack of sleep for so long has hurt my brain. I miss my life and feeling good. Every day it’s Groundhog Day from hell. I don’t feel good, I have stopped working and going out. Tried so many sleeping remedies. I’m praying someone else has been in a similar situation but got their sleep back to normal. Feeling hopeless…..help!
