      I’ve struggled with the big “I” for more than 30 years, prior to home computers and this kind of help. Couldn’t even research herbal remedies, so I wound up on meds. Still trying to extricate myself from those little demons!

      What caused my sleep issues? My family basically broke me before I could get out of the house. Then I spent most of my adult life trying to work and perfect for scraps of approval. The inevitable crash happened, leaving me with relentless insomnia and anxiety to boot, thanks in part to those pesky prescriptions.

      A Facebook friend referred me to The Sleep Coach, and for the first time in ages, I have HOPE. I look forward to a friendly exchange of ideas with you all.
