              You know you need more sleep when you pour youself a cup of tea – boiling water, one sugar, milk, then start to walk away with your cup forgetting you haven't even put the blooming tea bag in like I did this morning!

                I can't focus on anything.

                I have sat against a wall and become practically comatose.

                I am hungry all the time.

                I mainline caffeine to compensate.

                EVERYTHING is funny.

                I look like a sea hag with a pair of shiners.

                  You know you need more sleep when instead of spraying your face with the lovely refreshing tonic to perk you up you spray your face with nail varnish setting spray as your eyes were not open enough to distinguish between the bottles <##%%{$$¥¥€##> !!!!!
