Yes Deb- thank you very much for replying to me. Believe it or not -I was inspired by one of your posts about ACT and went and got the book yesterday by Guy Meadows. I have not tried this before- but read the whole book yesterday and tried to implement it last night. Actually has a very good sleep – about 6 hours and fifteen mins. Yes- I went to bed greeting my thoughts and saying ” welcome ” and all that. Very odd and all- but kind of appealing. Thank you again for responding to me. cheers Jill xoxo

Great news for you!! Your story is inspiring to me. Just wanted to know – ( if you don’t mind sharing) is your sleep window- still only 5 .5 hours after 2 months on the course?
(I am really struggling still after doing the course. And think i probably need to really restrict my sleep window again).
