    Sleeping pills scare me I cant believe you take so many but desperate times call for deseperate measures. Do you have trouble falling asleep or is it more about staying asleep? I am surprised that all the things you tried none seem to have worked at all. Did none of them even improve your sleep a tiny bit?

    Welcome to the forums! How on earth do you cope with being a cabin crew in this day and age. Any special tips for coping with the jet lag for us normal folk? I know what you mean about feeling tired all the time. Hopefully the forums will help you.

    How about a lightbulb that we flick and it sets us right off to sleep? I think that would be a much better investment!

    Not sure on specific chemicals but if air pollution can cause cancer then why can't it cause insomnia!

    I havent tried it but I know people that have and swear by it. Mainly for pain rather than insomnia. I had never thought that acupuncture may help us sleep though. Interesting.

    How are you getting on lisa? Did you see an improvement in your sleep since the treatment?
