I really liked reading through this. Helps remind me I am not alone. How are you doing nowadays groggy?
lily✘ Not a clientSleeping pills scare me I cant believe you take so many but desperate times call for deseperate measures. Do you have trouble falling asleep or is it more about staying asleep? I am surprised that all the things you tried none seem to have worked at all. Did none of them even improve your sleep a tiny bit?

lily✘ Not a clientI havent tried it but I know people that have and swear by it. Mainly for pain rather than insomnia. I had never thought that acupuncture may help us sleep though. Interesting.
