wow,,that sounds shite mate, but 1 thing for sure is the fact we certainly aint gettin any younger are we.. I'm only 35 an struggle with most thing's, i used to be fit an healthy whilst servin in the army.. now i cnt even run for a bus without nearly collapsing into a heap.. scary when reality bites isnt it?? theres no imbetween bit ,,its all or f**k all.. hope you get better soon but in the meantime keeep us posted.. cheer's Brian. :huh:

Hi Mel, firstly I understand where coming from. I suffer from bipolar which effect's sleep so I do sympathise with you there. But as for having some Proper advice your best Idea would be go and speak to Martin.. He's the site Owner / Creator I reckon hed be more clued up than me.. How you finding the site so far? all good i hope..
