    I agree with you and feel the same over those self cures for insomnia, and I hate when they say to get rid of caffine in your diet. Coffee calms me and I find when I have a coffee in me im more at ease and relaxed.

    Here is a funny uhmm cure I told about. Only in LA. It's called cupping. I guess the use glass cups press them your in such away that you end up with hekies (sp)

    I know I need more sleep when I can't find my keys or phone. Then search the house frantically and then find them in my jacket pocket…that I am wearing!
