Listening to some of the new album from Kid Cudi. What a genius. Kanye-brilliance without the ego, and much more emotion and deep thinkery.
Was listening to all sorts of stuff as I was playing Rock Band 3…including Spongebob Squarepants!!!
I lost my ENTIRE music collection. Or more accurately, my entire MEDIA collection. We're talking about music, TV shows, and movies–about 700 GB worth. Lesson learned, as soon as I can afford it, I'm buying a backup HD to the new one I got to replace the one that died.
That said, I've been rediscovering some of my old favorites by default…like the Jon Brion (unreleased) version of Fiona Apple's album (for the record, I like both versions.) Nirvana Unplugged has been playing some. Along with some Dr. Dre. I've also been listening to some Kelly Clarkson, who is pretty much the only American Idol alumn I have any respect or desire to listen to.
“Somewhere in the World” by Altiyan Childs – Winner of X Factor Australia. I NEVER EVER watch those reality shows and now I've not only watched the whole series but become obsessed by this guy!!! I blame it on insomnia – you know how it makes you do things you'd never normally do?

What on earth happened?! Buying a backup HD is useless unless you religiously use it!
