I write too. Unfortunately since I've been doing freelance writing for a living I haven't written much of my own stuff but I really should get back to it. As an aside to writing (sort of), I've started keeping a notepad and pen by the bed to write down any thoughts or worries that come to me before I sleep (or when I wake in the early hours). I think it helps.
