I’ve found Martin’s video on how to adapt the program when you have a common cold. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuNK0IKOoUE – he says, listen to your body, take what sleep you need, then return to the program when you’re well.

This last week, with new resolve after listening to the podcast, ive made good progress, getting to sleep quite well, regularly getting up at my set time. But when i woke at 4am last night, i got out of bed, and felt really awake, but also tired. I didn’t manage to read my sleep-readiness, and went back to bed and experienced poor quality time in bed. That’s a challenge: when to get back into bed; how to gauge sleepy tired when it isn’t quick coming.
