yamerias✘ Not a client
Well, I went and saw it, so I guess it's time for a review…
THE WOLFMAN (15)I love horror movies, I have done so since watching A Nightmare On Elm Street when I was 13…so when I heard that there was going to be a remake of the Universal classic The Wolf Man I was excited and worried at the same time…and those thoughts were at the back of my mind as I was queuing up to get my ticket.
In case you are not familiar with the story, a man returns back to his ancestral homeland and is attacked by a beast, turning him into a wolf man every full moon.
Before I go any further, although this is based on the 1941 classic, this is really a different story…sure the names are the same, but that's it to be honest…don't get me wrong, it had the gore, the thrills, a touch of comedy and even a little romance, but for some odd reason a lot of the time while I was watching it I was thinking about An American Werewolf In London.
The film was good, and I did enjoy it, but I do feel that it could have been much better, and in some places it felt to me they were overthinking.
All in all if you want to see this movie, save your cash and get the original…it reigns supreme. 5/10
yamerias✘ Not a clientI think the biggest moment in my life wasn't life changing, but when realization set in that I was not a victim….
I'd not seen my father for 2-3 years and mom was going through a divorce, I walked into the entrance and he was there, and he tried pushing me into a corner, but I stood still (I'd gained a few pounds!) stared him in the eye and as much as I know it was wrong headbutted him.
I have never considered myself one of his victims since….and that was over 10 years ago.
yamerias✘ Not a clientI have always been facinated with tattoos, considering them as living art and a permanent expression of an individual.
I have also really wanted a tattoo for ages, but was told that it could not due to having diabetes and epilepsy, although I was discussing this with a tattooist last weekend and he said it wasn't really an issue, so I'm thinking about having one done soon, although I'm not sure what to have done…

Ouch!
yamerias✘ Not a clientOk, warning…grouch message…
I hate St. Valentines day, always have. I do not think you need to have a day where you celebrate your love for someone…or have a day for a stalker to justify creeping you out with cards and various other tat…and that's before I get started on the extortionate prices that stores deem justified for flowers, candy,
bits of stringnaughty underwear and so on.Don't get me wrong, I'd like to think I'm a romantic person…I have written my Cuddle Bunny poetry, made her champagne breakfast in bed on her birthday and so on but at the same time, I think you should be able to do this any time.
Sorry, rant over.
yamerias✘ Not a clientAh yes…books..
I have issues with concentration so reading books is something I miss a lot, I used to read books all the time, but gave up when I tried reading a book and somehow achieved reading the same page 12 times!
I used to read a lot of horror, and the best books I read in that genre was the Rats, Lair and Domain by James Herbert. As you can guess by the title of the first book the stories are based on …well..rats, who develop a taste for flesh, and also one bite spreads a disease that will kill in 24 hours. I remember when I was training as a chef reading all 3 books back to back, and I was constantly checking under my bed!
Other books I have read and recommend are The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy..read all the books in this series, they are brilliant, in fact read anything by Douglas Adams, a very clever and funny man…so sadly missed.
I have read a few biographical books too…Mick Foley's books Have A Nice Day and Foley is Good are great reads if you are interested in wrestling and Gordon Ramsay's Humble Pie is a good read too.
yamerias✘ Not a clientI listen to all sorts of music ranging literally from Amadeus to ZZ Top!
I'm currently listening to Madness…I purchased their latest album, The Liberty Of Norton Folgate and it's great, feels like it is harking back to the old days… 😎
yamerias✘ Not a clientPeople are probably going to think I'm odd with what I'm about to say…
The light makes me feel ill.
I function better in the dark, and also the cold too (as you can imagine this year has gone reasonably well so far). The Summer makes me feel awful and I suffer headaches even more than usual.
I had asked if there were any conditionsthat are the opposite to SAD (where a person cannot handle the Summer season) and apprently there is not, so perhaps it is all in my head.
either way, I find I sleep semi-reasonable in the Winter, but the Summer is Hell.
yamerias✘ Not a clientOdd you should say about games meaning something, been playing on games consoles as far back as I can remember, usually using beat-em-up games to vent my frustrations (you can beat the crud out of someone as to speak and not hurt yourself or others).
I'm now currently hooked on music games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band (I even have the masterpiece of lameness called Rock Revolution!) and because music means a lot to me I tend to play them a lot although I'm currently taking a bit of a break from them for the good of my health.
yamerias✘ Not a clientI found something really odd with sleepers, and that was I would take them and I'd still not sleep until the morning…damn annoying!

What games you like playing on PS3?
yamerias✘ Not a clientHello Ruth, well met.
I fully understand the..ahem..joys of trying to get help from the Mental Health System (and trust me people who read this, the UK Health System is pretty mental!) to the extent I have pretty much given up on it…I hope you have better luck than I.
See you around the boards!
yamerias✘ Not a clientGood to know I'm not the only one! 🙂

You are really missing out, the Japanese are absolute masters at psychological horror, brilliant stuff!!
