    Hello Everyone!

I wanted to post a quick update a little over 1 month after I graduated from Martin’s online course. Even though Martin had said it seemed like I ‘already know a lot about sleep’ , which I did, I didn’t really know much about insomnia. Most of the research I had done online and the doctors I had spoken to didn’t know much about insomnia either. It was just the same old generic ‘sleep hygeine’ advice which was not useful in my case.

Going into the course I was absolutely convinced my insomnia was caused by a physical issue – a food sensitivity, hormonal inbalance or rare disease. What I had been experiencing for the previous 1.5 years seems really sporadic, non-sensical and hard to nail down. No doctors could figure it out. None of the hours and hours of research I had done provided any useful clues. The more I researched the more confused and frustrated I got.

Martin’s course helped me focus my efforts in the right direction so that I started seeing results very quickly. In my case, the primary culprits were not at all what I had thought they were. The mental component turned out to be a MAJOR factor – something not even addressed by most of the ‘helpful advice’ I had received prior to the course.

Now, about 5 weeks after graduating, my experience with my sleep is entirely different than when I started – and from what I had dealt with for many years prior. I no longer stress about sleep at all! I am regularly getting 7+ hours of sleep – recently even 8 – 8.5 hours a few nights!

I have been able to loosen up on the behaviors I adopted during the program and still continue to see improvements. More important than any of that, though, is the fact that I have confidence in my ability to sleep, sleep well, and to know exactly what to do if at any time in the future I hit a bad patch.

I am eternally grateful to Martin for his wonderful information, guidance, and support. I encourage anyone who is still struggling to get the kind of sleep they want to consider taking his course so you can write YOUR post-grad success story here soon.

Such a wonderful and insightful success story that will resonate with others on this forum! Thanks for sharing and congratulations on restoring your sleep!

    Scott J
