      Hello everyone! It’s been a year since I graduated from the course, and things are going well. I will occasionally have a bad night, but that’s normal and has nothing to do with insomnia. If I have a bad night I just get out of bed for 5-20minutes, and I usually fall asleep right after.
      If I don’t fall asleep then I know from experience that the next day will be a bit harder, but I will do fine and sleep well the next night.
      The last week I think I have fallen asleep within 10 minutes and slept through the entire night. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia works. Follow the program and you will be fine 🙂
