      hi friends, sorry for my English, i have this problem now for 2_3weeks, i need help, i spleep ealy cause i feel dizzy, i just sleep less than 3 hours, i always work up same time, even if i work hard during a day or i did hard exercise, some times i work up with sweat(not heavy swee) .. what should i do?
