      Martin is an amazing coach!
      He is extremely supportive and goes a person the tools need to beat this insomnia stage!

      What he has taught me the most is how to really continue your life despite of how you are feeling or not sleeping. Try not to worry about sleep and continue living the moments in your life that make you happy!

      I was in a bad case of insomnia and since starting his course I feel so much more confident IN going to sleep now . At times I still have rough nights but I don’t let it become an issue and keep living towards life!
