      It’s been 3 months since I finished my course and working with Martin. It was so worth it. I still to push myself to do the things I learned. Big thing for me is to not spend time in my bed during the day and no napping. I also don’t stress about my sleep. It’s not perfect (I have young kids) but my mindset and behavior around it has changed so much. I only wish I had found Martin’s course earlier.
