Hi @Jojo!
Congratulations on experimenting with the CBT-I techniques that tackle the thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate sleep disruption. Just because you have a tough night of sleep, don’t beat yourself up. You’re taking a huge step forward toward helping yourself by implementing these techniques. If you remain committed to the techniques, you’ll begin to see consistent results from them. People want instant gratification in everything – weight loss, exercise, etc., but patience and commitment to the CBT-I techniques are keys to your success. Do you think you’re putting too much pressure on yourself to sleep after achieving 4 nights of quality sleep?
