      I have gone from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to an average of about 7.5. I wake less, fall asleep faster and have less ‘bad nights’ overall. The reconditioning I learned during the course has stayed with me, with the occasional stress related blip, and I am more confident going to bed which sets me up for a better night. I would definitely recommend the course and sticking with it through the tough bits to break bad habits.
