      I grow up on develop country ,our family no so poor we can buy delicious food but, we just don’t realize correct food can improve my sleep
      As tenager i have some problem that make me stay awake at middle of night, i feel like nocturnal mode for years, oh so tired, my Doctors give me alprazolam ,esilgan, lorazepam, diazepam, well lorazepam work
      But i found another way to have sleep, coisidently i drink milk containe 11g protein per serving maybe i drink it Twice a day than i take my b complex also, here’s the information: B1 100mg for metabolise karbohidrat , B6 100mg for metabolise protein and amino acid, B12 for Cell maturity processing and maintain integral of nerve system as that simpleks than i able to go to sleep, have try

So, eating well is always a good idea — but if you have chronic insomnia it’s not going to do much when it comes to addressing the sleep drive disruption, the body clock disruption, or the high levels of arousal that occur because of our sleep-related thoughts and behaviors.
