I suffer from alpha delta intrusion sleep and am so tired during the day. Anyone else have that? Please share what helped you. I’ll try it!

Welcome to the forum! I am assuming you’ve been diagnosed with alpha-delta sleep (please correct me if I am wrong). There’s no need to share any specifics here if you would prefer not to, but have you been diagnosed with any other medical conditions such as pain disorders, depression, or an anxiety disorder?

How are you currently approaching sleep and responding to that daytime fatigue? What are you learning from those actions?

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now! If you would prefer ongoing phone or video coaching calls as part of a powerful three month program that will help you reclaim your life from insomnia, consider applying for the Insomnia Mastery program.

Yes I’ve been diagnosed with alpha delta intrusion sleep. I had inpatient sleep study done with electrodes on head to see brain waves during sleep. I also have anxiety, depression. I manage with exercise +coffee but the alpha delta is horrible.
