Has anyone ever have a bad year every year or has had a bad year where they were at their worst with insomnia?

Around this time of year every year and around September every year my insomnia is at it's worst I find.

I sleep well through the night, wake up and feel refreshed or so I think, then i get pale my eye circles get worse, I look like I'm extremely sick, I'll be say using the washroom and I'll fall asleep for a minute or so and I don't notice it until someone tells me, it happened yesterday in Sobeys(grocery store) I fell asleep while holding a jar of peanut butter and it fell and woke me up, thank god it's plastic.

I've seen doctors for this and they pretty much just told me they'd give me sleeping pills.

I don't take sleeping pills because the sleep from them is not natural and it makes me feel like I just woke up from being knocked out, it sucks.

Has a doctor ever suggested that you have narcolepsy?

You might want to take a look at this –

It kind of sounds like what happened at Sobey's. 😕
