After a while of looking through this web forum and watching videos from Martin’s YouTube channel, I’ve decided to use CBTi techniques in order to treat my insomnia which started at the beginning of 2021.
Prior to this I slept really well, getting around 8 hours a night of uninterrupted sleep so the shock of going from that to having some nights with very little sleep was extremely distressing, this distress led to me researching, worrying and not enjoying life!
I look forward to speaking with you all and will look to document my journey through the ups and downs.
