Am waking after 3 – 4. hrs. Am getting to sleep initially. Then can’t return to sleep as initial tiredness has gone. Am 16 weeks through the program. I do stay in bed but have done the 30/30 min.
I run, eat well everything really.
Am considering something (medication) that may help to extend sleep that is not addictive and heavy.
Doctors here have no clue.
Currently I use zopiclone on the odd night when I wake really early.
Any ideas of something for sleep maintenance?
Would love to have nothing but…

Were you always a “short sleeper”, Phil, or do you feel you are someone who always used to need a lot of sleep to feel good the next day?
