    Hello, I have found lavender and chamomile in an aroma diffuser to help with deep relaxation an hour before sleep. Can’t stress the benefit of a dark room and no electrical lighting.

    Glad to hear you discovered something that helps you relax. Of course, there’s no evidence that lavender and chamomile can cure chronic insomnia, but if they help you relax then that’s great!
